- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- M.Ed. / Educational Leadership / School Administration qualification will be an added advantage.
- Eligibility and qualifications must comply with applicable CBSE and government requirements.
- 10–15 years of experience in the education sector.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position such as Vice Principal, Academic Head, or Principal.
- Solid knowledge of CBSE curriculum, policies, and affiliation requirements.
- Proven ability to lead academic teams and manage school operations.
- Experience in academic planning, teacher development, and student performance management

He/ She should be responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring academic excellence, maintaining discipline, developing a positive school culture,



and ensuring compliance with CBSE affiliation requirements and applicable education regulations. Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and NCERT guidelines. Monitor teaching-learning processes and ensure quality classroom delivery. Review lesson plans, academic calendars, assessments, and examination schedules. Analyse student performance and implement improvement strategies. Promote experiential learning, competency-based education, and NEP 2020 principles. Ensure effective implementation of formative and summative assessments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
