Position: Delivery Manager – IT Staffing & Recruitment

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager – IT Recruitment with 10–15 years of experience exclusively in IT Staffing and Recruitment companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading recruitment delivery operations, ensuring high-quality candidate submissions, managing recruitment team, driving process compliance and achieving delivery excellence for clients. This role requires strong leadership, recruitment strategies, team mentoring and quality assurance capabilities while ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Management

- Gather and understand hiring requirements from Business Development/ Account Management teams.
- Conduct detailed requirement discussions to understand:
- Clarify all ambiguities before assigning requirements to recruiters.
- Work closely with Sales/BD teams to ensure accurate requirement understanding and successful closures.

Team Management

- Lead, mentor and manage a team of IT recruiters/ TLs.
- Assign requirements to recruiters based:
- Monitor Team productivity daily.
- Coach recruiters on sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and client expectations.
- Build a high-performance recruitment team.

Delivery & Quality Management

- Validate recruiter submissions before sharing profiles with clients.
- Ensure every submission meets client expectations regarding:
- Maintain high submission quality and minimize profile rejections.
- Improve submission-to-interview and interview-to-offer conversion ratios.
- Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and delivery timelines.

Process Compliance

- Ensure all recruiters follow the recruitment processes defined by management.
- Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular audits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Drive continuous process improvements across the recruitment function.
- Maintain delivery discipline and operational excellence.

ATS & Recruitment Tools Management

- Ensure proper and timely updates in Ceipal and other recruitment tools/ATS.
- Monitor data accuracy, candidate tracking and documentation.




- Maintain clean and accurate recruitment data for reporting and analytics.

Performance Management

- Analyze recruiter performance using key recruitment metrics.
- Prepare recruiter scorecards and dashboards.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Client Delivery Management

- Ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Monitor delivery commitments and escalate risks proactively.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through consistent delivery quality.
- Collaborate with BD and Account Managers to address delivery challenges and improve client relationships.

Reporting & MIS

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
- Track delivery metrics and recruitment KPIs.
- Present delivery performance and team productivity to management.
- Analyze hiring trends and recommend strategies to improve recruitment efficiency.

Continuous Improvement

- Introduce best practices in sourcing, screening, and delivery management.
- Improve recruiter productivity through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Drive automation and process optimization wherever possible.
- Keep the team updated on evolving recruitment trends and market intelligence.

Mandatory Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience exclusively in IT Staffing, Recruitment or IT Consulting companies.
- Proven experience managing recruitment delivery teams.
- Experience handling permanent staffing, contract staffing, or both.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Ceipal.
- Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, SLAs and delivery metrics.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager – IT Recruitment from the IT Staffing & Consulting industry to lead recruitment delivery, ensure quality submissions, manage recruiter performance, and drive process compliance.

- Monitor recruitment delivery, turnaround time (TAT), and submission quality.
- Ensure timely updates in Ceipal and other ATS/tools by the recruitment team.
- Drive adherence to recruitment processes and SOPs defined by management.
- Analyze recruiter performance using KPIs such as submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
- Mentor and coach recruiters to improve productivity and delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with BD and Account Managers to achieve client hiring targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in IT Recruitment Delivery within the Staffing & Consulting industry.
- Hands-on experience with Ceipal or similar ATS.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.
- Robust analytical, communication, and quality management abilities.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience exclusively in IT Staffing/Recruitment/IT Consulting organizations.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
