Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Operations Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, handling data entry, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day back-office operations and administrative tasks.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Manage and organize company documents and files.
- Verify and process data with accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.




- Maintain databases and update information regularly.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, BBM, B.Sc. or any relevant discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in back-office operations or administration.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic computer operating skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
