About the Opportunity

Webskitters Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, articulate and professionally presentable MBA freshers to represent the organisation at Bengaluru Tech Summit 2026, one of the prominent technology and innovation events.

This engagement offers an opportunity to interact with industry professionals, business leaders, technology stakeholders, potential clients and delegates while representing Webskitters at a prestigious industry platform.

The selected candidates will serve as the company's official event representatives, contributing towards corporate brand visibility, visitor engagement, business networking and initial business development interactions throughout the three-day programme.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Corporate Representation: Represent Webskitters Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. professionally throughout the three-day event, maintaining the organisation's brand image and corporate standards.

2. Visitor Engagement: Welcome visitors, delegates, business professionals and prospective clients at the company's exhibition stall and facilitate meaningful interactions.

3. Business Communication: Communicate the company's profile, service portfolio, technology capabilities and business offerings to visitors in a clear and professional manner.

4. Lead Generation: Identify potential business opportunities, engage prospective clients and collect relevant business leads and contact information.

5. Networking & Relationship Building: Interact with industry professionals, entrepreneurs, corporate representatives and technology stakeholders to explore potential business associations.

6.



Product & Service Awareness: Develop a basic understanding of the company's IT services, software development capabilities, digital transformation solutions and technology offerings to facilitate effective visitor communication.

7. Event Coordination: Assist with visitor management, exhibition stall activities, business collateral distribution, enquiry management and other event-related responsibilities.

8. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain records of visitor interactions, business enquiries and potential leads, while coordinating with the company's internal representatives.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA / PGDM graduates from recognised institutions. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Specialisation in Marketing, Sales, International Business, Business Development or General Management will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, articulate and professionally presentable.
- Strong networking, relationship-building and visitor engagement abilities.
- Good command of English; proficiency in Hindi and Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Ability to interact confidently with senior professionals, business leaders and corporate delegates.
- Proactive attitude, professional etiquette and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to work onsite for all three days of the event.
