Experience: 0–8 years in franchise management, retail, supermarket, FMCG, or business operationsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Manager to manage franchise operations, support franchise partners, drive sales growth, and ensure consistent implementation of company standards across supermarket outlets.Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with franchise owners and business partners.
- Support franchise partners during store setup, launch, and daily operations.
- Ensure all franchise outlets follow company policies, SOPs, branding, and operational standards.
- Monitor sales, revenue, profitability, expenses, and overall store performance.
- Develop plans to achieve sales and business growth targets.
- Conduct regular outlet visits, inspections, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with franchisees on inventory, procurement, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
- Guide franchise teams on recruitment, training, staffing, customer service, and store management.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, wastage, expiry, and inventory controls.
- Plan and implement local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Analyze outlet reports and prepare performance updates for senior management.
- Identify operational challenges and provide timely solutions.




- Ensure proper use of company branding, systems, technology, and marketing materials.
- Support franchise agreement compliance and resolve partner-related concerns.
- Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in evaluating potential locations and current franchise prospects.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in franchise operations, retail, FMCG, supermarket, or business development.
- Proven experience managing franchise partners, multiple outlets, or retail operations.
- Strong understanding of sales, inventory, profitability, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting tools, and retail management software.
- Willingness to travel between franchise outlets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
