Job Description – Purchase Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: 18k - 23k

Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily purchase and procurement of fire-fighting materials, pipes, valves, fittings, tools, and equipment.

Obtain and compare vendor quotations and negotiate prices.

Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely material delivery.

Coordinate with vendors, project sites, stores, and the accounts department.

Maintain purchase records, invoices, quotations, and vendor databases.

Monitor material requirements and follow up on pending orders.

Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets and company policies.

Required Skills:

Graduate in any relevant discipline.

Experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in fire-fighting, MEP, or construction.

Valuable negotiation and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel, email, and purchase documentation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
