Glisten Infotech India LLP is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in IT software sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, along with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT software and technology services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to offer suitable software solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, sales discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Generate leads, acquire new clients, and drive project closures.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT software sales or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-handling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, and sales processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to Dubai in the future, based on business requirements.
