Job Summary

THiNC Institute of Design is looking for a motivated, results-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor to strengthen its admissions team. The role involves managing student enquiries, driving admission conversions, monitoring lead follow-ups, coordinating counsellor activities, and ensuring a seamless counselling experience for students and parents.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of lead management, and the ability to combine effective student counselling with admission target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage student enquiries and convert leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Guide students and parents on courses, entrance examinations, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Monitor counsellor follow-ups, track lead progress, and support admission target achievement.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records, lead status, and admission reports using MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Keep students informed about examination schedules, admission deadlines, webinars, and workshops.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department on promotional campaigns and outdoor marketing activities.
- Handle telephonic and walk-in enquiries and ensure a professional student experience.
- Share lead insights, conversion updates,



and admission reports with the reporting authority.
- Manage the official phone and ensure timely communication with prospective students and parents.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong student counselling, persuasion, and lead-conversion abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Target-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving admission objectives.
- Willingness to participate in outdoor marketing activities when required.
