Job Summary

Emerald Business Ventures is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Chargeback Executive to handle payment disputes, chargeback cases, and transaction-related issues. The candidate will be responsible for investigating disputed transactions, coordinating with banks and internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle chargeback and payment dispute cases.
- Investigate disputed and suspicious transactions.
- Verify transaction details and payment records.
- Collect and submit supporting documents for chargeback cases.
- Coordinate with banks, merchants, payment gateways, and internal teams.
- Maintain chargeback records and daily reports.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely resolution.




- Identify suspicious transactions and report potential fraud.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of digital payments, UPI, debit cards and credit cards.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 years of experience in chargeback, fintech, banking operations, payment operations or risk management preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in payment disputes and fraud investigation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
