About the Role Formulatux is looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executives to generate new business opportunities for our website development services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying local businesses that need a professional website, approaching business owners, explaining our services, generating leads, and converting potential clients into successful projects. This is a commission-based opportunity suitable for both freshers and experienced sales professionals. Key Responsibilities - Identify local businesses that do not have websites or need website improvements. - Approach shops, restaurants, hotels, clinics, manufacturers, service providers, and other businesses. - Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, social media, networking, and other channels. - Promote website development and digital solutions. - Understand client requirements and coordinate with the development team. - Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into paid projects. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships.



Requirements - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Confidence in approaching and convincing business owners. - Basic knowledge of sales and business development. - Ability to identify potential customers and generate leads. - Self-motivated and target-oriented. - Previous experience in sales, marketing, or IT services is an advantage. - Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
