About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Accountant Officer to join our hospital finance team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day taxation activities, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate tax records, and coordinating with internal departments and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and other applicable returns.
- Ensure accurate TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and timely filing of TDS returns.
- Handle GST reconciliation, input tax credit (ITC) verification, and vendor-related tax compliance.
- Maintain tax records, working papers, challans, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues and maintain a compliance calendar.
- Assist in tax audits, statutory audits, and income tax assessments.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors, vendors,



and internal departments for taxation matters.
- Monitor changes in GST and Income Tax regulations and ensure their proper implementation.
- Support the finance team in month-end closing and preparation of tax-related reports.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in taxation and accounting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and applicable statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
- Good analytical, reconciliation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines independently.

Compensation & Perks

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
