WeSynapse is urgently hiring an experienced and target-driven Sales Telecaller with a strong background in selling digital products, IT solutions, and digital marketing services.

We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and result-oriented sales professional who can communicate with potential clients, understand their business requirements, pitch digital solutions, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into paying customers.

Candidates with previous experience in selling digital services or technology solutions will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and business owners.
- Sell digital products and services such as website development, digital marketing, SEO, Meta Ads, AI automation, and business software solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and business value to potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate professionally, and close deals.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales.
- Prior experience selling digital products, digital marketing services, software, or IT solutions is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Solid knowledge of lead generation, follow-ups, and sales closing techniques.




- Ability to handle objections and convert cold leads into customers.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based sales.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, SEO, and online advertising.
- Experience using CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
- Fluency in Hindi and good English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and performance-oriented attitude.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency, IT company, SaaS company, or B2B sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience dealing directly with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently handle the complete sales cycle from initial calling to deal closure.
