We are looking for experienced and dynamic Showroom Managers to join our team at the following locations:

Locations: Madurai
Position: Showroom Manager

Eligibility Criteria:

- Age: 35–45 years
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in showroom management, preferably in the jewellery or retail industry.
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day showroom operations efficiently.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the showroom team.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and overall store performance.




- Ensure showroom discipline, visual presentation, and operational standards.
- Prepare sales reports and implement strategies to improve business growth.

Required Skills:

- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in sales and target achievement.
- Excellent customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of inventory control and showroom operations.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
