About the Role

CodePulse IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn US recruitment processes, and the ability to identify and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various IT positions.
- Screen resumes and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability.
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Learn US recruitment practices, including W2, C2C,



and 1099 hiring models, as applicable.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, email, and recruitment tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Prior experience in US IT recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Candidates should be comfortable working full-time from the Hyderabad office.
