Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and promotional creatives.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and content for social media campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts and maintain consistent brand communication.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and overall social media performance.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and marketing teams.
- Support promotional campaigns for courses, bootcamps,



and educational programs.
- Analyze performance insights and suggest improvements to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Required Skills

- Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience with social media management and content planning.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic graphic design.
- Understanding of social media trends, reels, and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
- Creative thinking and time management skills.

Preferred

- Experience in EdTech, IT, or technology-based companies.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and Meta Ads.
