We're a growing design and construction company in Alappuzha, delivering premium residential villas and turnkey projects across Kerala. We're looking for a proactive Civil Site Engineer who takes pride in quality work.

What You'll Do
■ Supervise daily site work: foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing and external works
■ Execute work as per approved architectural, structural and MEP drawings
■ Prepare DPRs, weekly progress updates and construction schedules
■ Manage manpower, subcontractors, materials and equipment
■ Take site measurements, verify subcontractor bills, and control material consumption and wastage
■ Ensure quality through regular inspections and solve site issues and drawing discrepancies quickly
■ Coordinate with architects, subcontractors and clients
■ Maintain site records and registers, and keep the site safe and well organized
■ Support snagging, rectification and project handover
Your Skills
■ AutoCAD – reading and reviewing drawings
■ MS Excel – quantities, material tracking and reports
■ Quantity Surveying – basic BOQ and quantity take-offs
■ Construction Knowledge – RCC, foundations, masonry, waterproofing, finishing
■ Quality & Planning – standards, scheduling and manpower planning
Who We're Looking For
■ B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering
■ 1–5 years of experience. Talented freshers with robust technical knowledge are welcome!
■ Villa construction and finishing experience is a plus
■ Able to run a site independently, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
■ Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence required for daily travel between sites in Alappuzha and nearby areas
■ Candidates from Alappuzha and nearby locations, and immediate joiners, preferred
