Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the complete Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with practical knowledge of applicable labour laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage job offers.

HR Operations and Administration

- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, employee transfers, and exit formalities.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.

Payroll and Statutory Compliance

- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary revisions, and employee benefits.
- Ensure applicable statutory compliance relating to PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, and other employment regulations.




- Coordinate with finance and external consultants for statutory filings and audits.

erformance Management and Training

- Coordinate performance appraisals and KPI reviews.
- Identify employee training and development needs.
- Support career development, succession planning, and talent retention.
- Monitor employee performance and support managers in improvement plans.

HR Strategy and Reporting

- Develop HR plans aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor employee turnover, absenteeism, recruitment costs, and manpower requirements.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and present key findings to management.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA/PGDM in HR, or a relevant degree with appropriate HR experience.
- 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with prior team management responsibility.
- Robust knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Experience with HRMS, payroll software, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
