Position Overview

Arokon Ventures is seeking motivated, confident, and result-oriented individuals for the position of Telesales Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, presenting the company's products and services, generating customer interest, and driving business growth through effective sales and client engagement.

The role involves promoting the company's financial products and services, educating prospective customers about Demat accounts, and assisting interested clients throughout the account-opening process.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers over the phone to introduce and promote the company's products and services.
- Effectively pitch the company's offerings and encourage potential clients to avail themselves of the products and services.
- Explain Demat accounts, including their features, benefits, account-opening process, and applicable charges.
- Assist interested customers with the Demat account registration and onboarding process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the company's offerings.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maintain engagement and convert interested leads into successful customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients to build long-term business relationships.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards the overall business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Employment Details

Job Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Interview Process: Walk-in Interview
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Additional Benefits: Attractive performance-based incentives over and above the fixed salary.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, communication skills, and overall suitability for the position.
