## Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Marketing to support customer interactions, product pricing, quotation preparation, price negotiations, sales reporting, and lead management. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good communication abilities, and an understanding of pricing and sales coordination, preferably within the automobile or plastic manufacturing industry.

## Key Responsibilities

1. *Customer Meetings:* Coordinate and participate in customer meetings to understand requirements and maintain strong business relationships.

2. *Price Negotiation:* Assist in price discussions and negotiations with customers to achieve mutually beneficial commercial terms.

3. *Quotation Preparation:* Prepare and share accurate quotations based on customer requirements, product specifications, and pricing guidelines.

4. *Sales Reporting:* Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer data, and other marketing-related MIS reports.

5. *Lead Management:* Track and manage sales leads, follow up with prospective customers, and maintain updated lead records.

*Product Pricing:* Support product pricing activities by analysing costs, customer requirements, and applicable pricing structures.

7. *Data Management:* Maintain customer records, quotation trackers, pricing sheets, and sales databases using MS Excel.

8. *Presentation Preparation:* Prepare professional presentations and sales-related documents using MS PowerPoint.

9. *Sales Coordination:* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries, quotations, and pricing requests.

## Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, including data management and report preparation.

- Knowledge of product pricing and quotation preparation.

- Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and presentation preparation.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Customer relationship management and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, commercial operations, or a similar role.

- Experience in the automobile or plastic manufacturing industry will be preferred.

- Experience working with a Japanese company will be an added advantage.

- Diploma or B.Tech qualification in a relevant discipline.

- Positive command of both Hindi and English.
