Cosmet is an e-commerce company working with major USA online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The role involves working completely on a computer and managing day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and update products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart and other USA marketplaces
- Process and manage customer orders
- Update product listings, prices, inventory and other product information
- Handle basic customer queries and marketplace messages
- Track orders, shipments and deliveries
- Coordinate with the team for order fulfillment and inventory
- Monitor marketplace accounts and resolve basic issues
- Perform regular computer-based data entry and administrative work
- Follow company processes and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Good typing and data-entry skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn new software and e-commerce platforms
