- Food Preparation: Wash, chop, slice, portion, and cook ingredients (sautéing, grilling, baking, or roasting) according to exact recipes.
- Quality & Safety Control: Monitor food temperatures, label and date stored items using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods, and comply with health codes.
- Station Organization: Set up workstations ("mise en place") before service and restock inventory as needed.
- Cleanliness: Sanitize cutting boards, cooking equipment, and kitchen surfaces, and handle opening or closing duties.
- Teamwork: Communicate clearly with head chefs, line cooks, and service staff to keep meal delivery fast and accurate.

Required Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or certification is preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience working in a qualified kitchen, restaurant, or hotel.
- Skills: Knowledge of basic knife skills, measurement conversion, cooking techniques, and food safety/sanitation guideline

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
