We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and execute prefabrication projects from planning to completion. The candidate should have strong experience in project execution, coordination, fabrication, and site management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute prefabrication projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, production, procurement, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and overall progress.
- Manage fabrication and installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and project schedules.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Identify project risks and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare regular project progress reports for management and clients.
- Handle project documentation, billing coordination, and completion activities.




- Lead and manage project teams and subcontractors.

Required Skills

- Solid project planning and execution skills.
- Good knowledge of prefabrication, fabrication, and installation processes.
- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work under project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Project Planning tools, AutoCAD, or similar software will be an advantage.

Qualification

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Production, or related engineering discipline.
- Relevant experience in prefabricated structures, PEB, steel fabrication, modular structures, or construction projects will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
