Job Role

Supervise daily production activities in the latex glove manufacturing process.

Monitor production targets, quality standards,



and process parameters.

Ensure proper handling of latex, chemicals, and raw materials. Monitor processes such as dipping, leaching, stripping, washing,curing, and finishing.

Identify production and quality issues and coordinate with the

concerned team for corrective action.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production procedures.

Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.

Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Production

teams.

Supervise workers and allocate tasks according to production

requirements.
