Join Host2Unlimited and be part of an upcoming residential real estate projects in Karjat. We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven individual who can connect with potential buyers, generate leads, and drive property bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with prospective buyers and investors through outbound calls, referrals, and networking activities.
- Proactively follow up on incoming leads and manage customer enquiries throughout the sales cycle.
- Present and explain project details, key features, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and location advantages to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements, address queries, and provide relevant project information to support purchase decisions.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers and convert qualified leads into confirmed property bookings.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and overall booking objectives.




- Maintain accurate lead databases, customer interaction records, follow-up schedules, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and site teams to ensure smooth customer handling and timely lead management.

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Interest in real estate and field sales.
- Knowledge of Palghar and nearby areas is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to manage customer follow-ups.
- Previous real estate sales experience is preferred, but motivated freshers are welcome.
