- Counsel prospective students regarding academic programmes, courses, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions and convert leads into enrolments.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission processes.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 6 months– 3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, or Education Counselling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in handling leads, counselling students, and closing admissions.
- Target-oriented with robust convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
