Production Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities (1 Year Experience)

- Monitor daily production and achieve production targets.
- Allocate manpower and assign work to operators.
- Monitor stamping press machines and production activities.
- Ensure proper die setting and machine operation.
- Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
- Identify defects such as burrs, cracks, dents, and dimensional variations.
- Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance.
- Maintain production reports, rejection records, and downtime reports.
- Ensure material availability and minimize scrap.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments.
- Ensure proper shift handover and follow production schedules.

Key Skills: Stamping process knowledge, die basics, drawing reading, Vernier caliper, micrometer, 5S, safety, and production reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
