Job Description

Jagruti Education Services is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and responsible candidates for the position of HR Executive / HR Recruiter. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.

- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule interviews.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

- Handle employee onboarding and joining documentation.

- Maintain attendance and employee records.

- Coordinate with management for hiring requirements.

- Support daily HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.





- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any stream; HR or management background preferred.

- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with up to 2 years of HR or recruitment experience can apply.

Salary

As per company standards and candidate's skills and experience.
