JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, target-oriented Sales Representative to handle property enquiries, build customer relationships, conduct site visits, and convert leads into successful bookings while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads from digital marketing, property portals, referrals, social media, and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, locations, and property preferences.
- Conduct customer calls, follow-ups, property presentations, and site visits.
- Explain property features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and project details.
- Build customer relationships, negotiate within approved terms, and close sales.
- Coordinate property bookings, KYC documents, and payment confirmations.
- Maintain accurate customer details, lead status, and follow-up records in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, accounts, documentation, and site teams.




- Prepare daily sales reports and share customer feedback and market insights.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate preferred; 12th-pass candidates may be considered based on experience.
- 1–3 years of sales or business development experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
- Real estate, banking, automobile, or financial product sales experience is an advantage.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi, Odia and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Familiarity with the Bhubaneswar property market is preferred.
