Job Responsibilities & Requirements

- F&B; Manager: Oversee daily food and beverage operations, manage staff, maintain service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Outdoor Sales Executive – Restaurant & Banquet: Promote restaurant and banquet services, generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Commis – Indian & Chinese: Assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure quality and consistency in food production.
- Captain: Supervise service staff, coordinate table service, and ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
- Service Boy / Girl:



Provide courteous food and beverage service, attend to guest requirements, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Housekeeping Staff: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the premises.
- Dishwasher (Kitchen Helper): Clean kitchen utensils, crockery, and equipment while maintaining kitchen hygiene.
- Utility Staff: Support kitchen and service operations, including cleaning and general assistance.
- Table Cleaner: Ensure tables are cleaned, sanitised, and ready for the next guests.
- Sheesha Maker: Prepare and maintain sheesha equipment while following hygiene and safety standards.
- Caretaker / Peon: Assist with general office and property maintenance, errands, and day-to-day support activities.
