Moolchand Catering is hiring a Canteen Manager to run day to day canteen operations at our factory client sites in Noida. You will be on the ground managing the kitchen and serving team, planning daily menus, buying groceries and raw material, and making sure every meal goes out on time, hot and hygienic. Responsibilities: run daily canteen service for factory workers, manage cooks, helpers and service staff, plan menus and control food cost per plate, maintain quality, hygiene and cleanliness, handle staff attendance and duty rosters, resolve worker or client issues on the spot. Requirements: experience running an industrial canteen or kitchen, strong team handling and cost control skills, basic computer and reporting skills. Full time, permanent role with salary of 30,000 to 40,000 rupees per month plus food provided on duty.
