Job Summary

PVR INOX is looking for enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and dedicated Service Associates to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth cinema operations across ticketing, food and beverage counters, and auditorium services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with ticket bookings, show timings, seating, and general inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
- Assist customers with special needs whenever required.

2. Ticketing and Box Office

- Operate ticketing systems and issue tickets accurately.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods responsibly.
- Maintain accurate cash records and complete shift-end cash reconciliation.

3. Food and Beverage Operations

- Prepare and serve popcorn, beverages, snacks, and combo meals.
- Promote combo offers and upsell food and beverage products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at food counters.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

4. Auditorium and Guest Management

- Check tickets and guide customers to their respective auditoriums and seats.




- Ensure auditoriums are clean and ready for screenings.
- Assist with crowd management during peak hours.
- Report any safety, maintenance, or operational issues to the management team.

5. Teamwork and Operations

- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in team meetings, training programs, and promotional activities.
- Follow company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Hotel Management, Aviation, or any graduation degree.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in hotels, hospitality, aviation, travel and tourism, retail, or customer service will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
