Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales and Retention Manager to maintain strong relationships with existing customers, improve customer satisfaction, reduce customer drop-offs, and encourage repeat purchases. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, convincing, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers through calls and follow-ups to maintain engagement.
- Understand customer concerns, feedback, and reasons for discontinuing services or products.
- Convince customers to continue their services and encourage renewals or repeat purchases.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with the relevant departments for timely solutions.
- Identify dissatisfied customers and take appropriate steps to improve their experience.
- Follow up with inactive customers and customers considering cancellation.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call details, and follow-up status in the CRM or company database.
- Achieve monthly customer retention and revenue targets.
- Explain relevant products,
services, offers, and benefits to customers.
- Share customer feedback and recurring issues with the management team.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Good problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to build customer trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Experience in customer retention, telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer follow-ups.
- Training- 5–7 days of unpaid
- Timing-9:30 to 6:30 (Monday to Friday One rotational off.) Saturday and Sunday are Working.
