Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in e-commerce operations, product listing and optimization, marketplace management, sales growth, and product performance analysis, preferably in the Personal Care, Wellness, Baby Care

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms.
- Handle product catalog management, including product descriptions, images, pricing, keywords, and content optimization.
- Develop strategies to increase online sales, product visibility, and conversion rates.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, inventory levels, and marketplace analytics.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
- Manage promotions, discounts, offers, and marketplace campaigns.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, pricing strategies, and customer reviews.
- Ensure product information, stock availability, and pricing accuracy across all platforms.




- Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to improve product rankings, customer experience, and overall marketplace performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5–6 years of experience in e-commerce management or marketplace operations.
- Strong experience in product listing, catalog management, and product optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Good understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, keywords, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Personal Care, Wellness, Baby Care, FMCG, or related industries is preferred.
