Position: IT Executive

Location: Vadodara
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in managing servers, networks, and IT systems.
- Set up systems, user accounts, and email access for current employees.
- Monitor internet connectivity and troubleshoot network issues.
- Support and maintain CCTV and communication systems.




- Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and service requirements.
- Install and update software applications and security patches.
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee IT support requests.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or System Administration.
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, email configuration, and printer management.
- Understanding of CCTV systems and basic server management will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
