Job Summary

Tirupati Balajee is looking for skilled and passionate Indian & Continental Chefs to join its hospitality team in Indore. The ideal candidates should have knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food presentation, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook Indian or Continental dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistent taste, food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Manage food preparation and ensure timely service.
- Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and proper food storage.
- Minimize food wastage and assist with kitchen inventory management.




- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow kitchen safety procedures and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Relevant experience in Indian or Continental cuisine, as per company requirements.
- Good knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and food presentation.
