About the Role:

We’re looking for someone who can spot a trend before it trends, shoot it, and turn it into a Reel before anyone else does.

What You’ll Do:

- Shoot on-ground content independently for clients, events, and campaigns using an iPhone.
- Edit engaging Reels using VN, CapCut, or Instagram Edits.
- Identify emerging trends and turn them into timely content.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and brand managers on creative briefs.
- Appear on camera when the content needs a face.
- Manage a social media page, from content creation to audience growth.
- Track Instagram Insights and content performance to understand what works.
- Travel to other cities for shoots and events when required.

Who We’re Looking For:





- 1+ year of experience in social media or content creation (strong internship experience and a solid portfolio are also welcome).
- Confident shooting content independently on an iPhone.
- Hands-on experience editing short-form videos and Instagram Reels.
- Comfortable appearing on camera.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, trends, and storytelling.
- Creative and proactive, able to turn a brief into an idea without step-by-step instructions.
- Curious about analytics and why content performs better.
- Proficient in speaking and understanding Telugu.
- Versatile with working hours (including late-night shoots) and open to travel.
- Adaptable across industries such as Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and F&B.;
- A personal content page or portfolio is a plus.
