Job Title: HR & Recruitment Executive (BPO)

Experience: 2–4 years of HR and recruitment experience in a BPO / call centre (mandatory)
Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum, based on experience
Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday

About us
Content Kings is a fast-growing outbound sales BPO in Hyderabad, selling advertising solutions to small businesses in Canada. We are expanding the team and need one experienced person to handle both our hiring and our HR operations.

What you will do

Recruitment (main focus)

- Hire for sales and telecalling roles. We are scaling our team rapidly, so you will source, screen and schedule candidates and bring in at least 10 interviews every week.
- Source candidates from Indeed, LinkedIn, walk-ins, referrals, consultancies and campus drives.
- Call candidates, confirm interviews, and follow up so they show up on the day.
- Share offers, and make sure selected candidates join and complete training.
- Keep a daily and weekly tracker of applications, interviews, offers and joiners.

HR operations





- Handle onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave and late-login records, and follow up on repeated absence.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer, warning, termination and relieving letters.
- Share monthly payroll inputs and keep PF, ESI and professional tax records up to date.
- Report weekly on hiring numbers, attrition and the reasons people leave.

What we need

- At least 2 years of HR and recruitment experience in a BPO or call centre. Please apply only if you meet this requirement.
- Experience in high-volume hiring for voice or sales roles.
- Working knowledge of attendance, leave, payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
- Strong spoken and written English, and good telephone skills.
- Comfortable working the 4 PM–1 AM shift.
- Self-driven, organised and focused on targets.
