Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment for BFSI/NBFC profiles
- Candidate sourcing through Job Portals, LinkedIn & other channels
- Screening & shortlisting candidates
- Interview coordination & regular follow-ups
- Client coordination & understanding hiring requirements
- Candidate relationship management
- Maintaining recruitment MIS & candidate pipeline
