Manage and supervise the Quality Control department, including QC Chemists, Analysts, and Microbiologists.

Ensure testing of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples as per approved specifications.

Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, WHO, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Review and approve analytical test reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and laboratory documentation.

Oversee analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution, and other laboratory equipment.

Ensure proper handling, investigation, and closure of OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and laboratory deviations.

Manage stability studies and ensure timely completion of stability testing as per approved protocols.

Review and approve analytical method validation, method verification, and method transfer activities.

Ensure calibration, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.

Monitor laboratory performance and ensure timely release of raw materials and finished products.

Coordinate with QA, Production, R&D;,



Warehouse, and Regulatory Affairs departments for quality-related activities.

Prepare, review, and implement SOPs, specifications, protocols, and other QC-related documents.

Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory records, logbooks, and data integrity in compliance with ALCOA+ principles.

Conduct internal audits and support regulatory inspections by FDA, WHO, and other authorities.

Identify training needs and ensure continuous training of QC personnel on GMP, GLP, safety, and analytical procedures.

Ensure proper handling of laboratory incidents, market complaints, product recalls, and quality investigations related to QC.

Monitor laboratory consumables, chemicals, reagents, and reference standards to ensure uninterrupted testing activities.

Drive continuous improvement in laboratory operations, quality systems, and testing efficiency.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
