We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to lead the CRM team and drive end-to-end lead management and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage CRM team and incoming leads from online platforms.

Handle lead follow-ups, customer queries and conversions.

Manage distributors, dealers and channel partners.

Coordinate order processing, production and delivery.

Maintain CRM records, MIS and sales reports.

Requirements:

Experience in CRM / Inside Sales / Lead Management.

Prior team-handling experience.

Positive communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Manufacturing, B2B or HoReCa experience preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
