HR Executive – Vellore

Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Centre is looking for a dedicated and responsible HR Executive to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination and administrative activities. The candidate should have positive communication skills and the ability to handle day-to-day HR responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interview processes with department heads.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management and employee information.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.




- Support payroll processing and HR operations.
- Address employee queries and coordinate with management.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare daily and monthly HR reports.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any graduate; MBA in HR is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR administration.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
