Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the company's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salaries and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring portals.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
