Reporting To: Team Leader

We are looking for candidates for our Call Centre team who have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls and collect relevant customer information.
- Verify customer details and check eligibility as per requirements.
- Explain product details, procedures and services to customers.
- Respond to customer queries through calls and emails.
- Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines.
- Understand current products and update product knowledge.
- Achieve assigned targets and support business objectives.
- Handle collection-related activities for purchased products.

Preferred Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or call centre operations.
- Experience in the hospitality industry will be preferred.
- Candidates with a background in collections will have an added advantage.

Salary: ₹3–5 LPA (Depending on experience and suitability).
