- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across departments.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, and location preferences.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and interviewers for feedback and selection updates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing, shortlisting, interview conversion, and joining ratios.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience required
