We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader to lead our online education sales/admissions team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in EdTech, online study programs, distance education, or education sales, along with proven team-handling and target-achievement skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Education Sales Advisors.
- Monitor daily calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and enrolments.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly team targets and ensure achievement.
- Provide regular coaching, product training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor individual team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle escalations and support the team in converting challenging leads.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective students and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share updates with management.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, attendance, and work quality within the team.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth admissions.
- Drive the team towards achieving revenue and enrolment targets.

Requirements





- 3+ years of experience in EdTech / Online Education / Distance Education / Education Sales.
- Minimum 2-4 years of team-handling or Team Leader experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of online education, certification, degree, credit transfer, or similar study programs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/conversion targets.
- Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Solid ability to analyse team performance and improve conversions.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven remote/WFH environment.
- Should be self-motivated, accountable, and capable of managing a team independently.
- Laptop, stable internet connection, and a suitable WFH setup are required.
