We are looking for a Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance and accounts function of our manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts.
- Record sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Maintain and verify vendor and customer ledgers.
- Prepare and process invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding outstanding payments and accounts-related queries.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers and financial records.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic MIS reports.
- Support the senior accounts team in audits and other financial activities.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of purchase and sales accounting.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Working Hours
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
