Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business development, and increase sales of residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Generate business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Promote residential plots, villas, apartments, and construction projects. Handle client meetings, negotiations, and property presentations.
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Coordinate with marketing and project teams.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Any Degree / MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in construction or real estate sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Positive knowledge of the construction and real estate market.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
