Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The role will primarily focus on 80% Recruitment and 20% HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and manage the joining process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist with basic HR operations,
onboarding, attendance, and employee documentation.
Requirements
- MBA qualification is mandatory (preferably HR specialisation).
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience preferred.
- MBA freshers with relevant recruitment internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements independently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
