Security Service Delivery Manager (Sec SDM) (L3) \r\n\r\nGovernance – Security Service Delivery Management \r\n\r\nLocation: Hyderabad / Bangalore \r\nExperience: 10–12 Years \r\n\r\nRole Summary \r\n\r\nThe Security Service Delivery Manager (Sec SDM) will be responsible for governing and overseeing the delivery of enterprise security services, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, security policies, regulatory requirements, and business expectations. The role acts as the primary interface between security operations teams, service delivery teams, customer stakeholders, and leadership to drive service excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities \r\n\r\nAct as the primary governance lead for cybersecurity service delivery across security operations, vulnerability management, IAM, endpoint security, network security, and compliance services. \r\n\r\nMonitor security service performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, and contractual commitments. \r\n\r\nLead regular service review meetings with stakeholders, presenting operational performance, risks, trends, and improvement initiatives. \r\n\r\nCoordinate with security tower leads, SOC teams, infrastructure teams, and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of security services. \r\n\r\nManage security-related escalations, major incidents, and service risks, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication. \r\n\r\nReview security operational metrics, audit findings, vulnerability trends, compliance gaps, and remediation plans. \r\n\r\nDrive continual service improvement initiatives focused on enhancing security posture, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.



\r\n\r\nEnsure adherence to governance frameworks, security policies, regulatory requirements, and audit controls. \r\n\r\nSupport customer audits, compliance reviews, risk assessments, and executive governance forums. \r\n\r\nManage service reporting, security dashboards, action trackers, and executive-level presentations. \r\n\r\nCollaborate with project and transition teams to support new security initiatives, technology onboarding, and service transformations.
