Good knowledge of specimen collection, handling and processing.

* Familiarity with centrifugation, sample separation and basic laboratory equipment.

* Understanding of aseptic techniques, infection control and biomedical waste management.

* Robust attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory work.

* Good documentation, record-keeping and organizational skills.

* Ability to follow SOPs and maintain patient confidentiality.

* Ability to work effectively in a clinical team.

* Willingness to learn specialized laboratory workflows related to regenerative medicine.

Preferred Experience

* Experience in a hospital, diagnostic laboratory, specialty clinic or regenerative medicine centre.

* Practical exposure to blood sample processing and centrifuge operation.

* Experience maintaining laboratory inventory, equipment logs and quality-control records.

* Familiarity with laboratory quality standards and accreditation documentation.

* Exposure to PRP or other regenerative medicine-related laboratory workflows.

Freshers with the required qualification and registration may also apply, subject to the centre’s operational requirements.
